Andy Laws Mods Terms of Service (TOS)
Welcome to Andy Laws Mods! We appreciate your interest in our GTA V FiveM NON ELS development services. Please read the following Terms of Service ("TOS") carefully before engaging in any transactions or purchasing any products from us. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to abide by these terms.
Payment:
a. Commissions: For commissions, half of the total payment must be made upfront before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the commission.
b. Pre-made Products: Full payment is required at the time of purchase for pre-made vehicles, EUP (Emergency Uniform Pack), Ymaps, and any other products offered by Andy Laws Mods.
Scope of Products and Services:
a. Commissions: We offer custom development services for GTA V FiveM NON ELS, including vehicle modifications, EUP, Ymaps, and more.
b. Pre-made Products: Our pre-made products include vehicles, EUP, Ymaps, and other assets that are ready for immediate use in GTA V FiveM NON ELS servers.
Intellectual Property:
a. Ownership: Upon full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to the products they have purchased or commissioned.
b. License: We reserve the right to display pre-made products in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.
Delivery and Support:
a. Delivery: Pre-made products will be delivered electronically upon receipt of payment. For commissions, we will provide estimated timelines for completion, and delivery will be made upon completion of the project.
b. Support: We provide limited support for pre-made products to ensure they function as intended. Support for commissions will be provided based on the terms agreed upon during the commissioning process.
Refunds and Cancellations:
a. Refunds: Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee for pre-made products. Refunds for commissions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
b. Cancellations: Cancellation of commissions may result in forfeiture of the upfront payment, depending on the stage of completion. Pre-made product purchases are final and cannot be canceled once delivered.
Confidentiality:
a. Protection: We are committed to safeguarding any confidential information shared by clients during the commissioning process or when purchasing products.
b. Non-Disclosure: We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.
Liability:
a. Limitation: We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
b. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Andy Laws Mods harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client's use of our services or products.
Governing Law:
a. Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
By using our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms may be subject to change without prior notice, and it is the responsibility of the client to review them periodically for updates.
